I've been testing the Canon EOS-M for a couple of weeks, and I will post my review here pretty soon. My initial impression is that it's a handy little camera with fantastic image quality, promising video capabilities, yet it is crippled by its sluggish autofocus and quirky interface. Maybe not ideal as a primary camera, but if you can find one at the current fire sale prices, it might be a worthy point and shoot replacement.
